You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are subject to the settlement of any pending bets and completion of any pending withdrawal transactions. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by you to ar999b.
Upon account closure or termination, all bonus funds and associated bonus winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after the settlement of pending bets and applicable deductions will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and compliance review.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar999b holds its operating licence.
